A Little Christmassy

I purchased a new parallel pen, put in the red ink...once I wrote joy, I had to add some flowers...lets just say I'm ahead of the game, I've have Christmas tags done early!!
I used a white gel pen to make a design on the letters

Class project. Faces do NOT come easy for me...I keep making the necks to narrow, and the eyes...it is so hard to get them the same!! I used a mixed media book, watercolor grabs the paper, next try will be on watercolor paper~

Letter Love Journal

I finished the cover of my journal and the inside pages are ready for some lettering. Really....if you want to have a blast, join Joanne Sharpes Letter love class, its not to late. My Latest Bird and ATC's

I joined an ATC swap...thanks to taking Joanne Sharpe's class I was able whip these out in no time. This gal is the largest I have ever made...because it is sitting on the largest sugar bowl I have ever seen. 8" high and 7" wide. Lots of vintage lace and buttons. A very pale pink Bird

NEST art journal

Took a trip up into the Los Angles National Forest...It burned up a few years ago, but we took it all the way from Pasadena over to the 15. Every time we stopped I would work on this, so by the time we got home it was ready for the watercolors. I wanted the background to have the same tone blueish, greenish, I wanted lights and darks. It was a lot of fun
