Oh what fun I had with this bottle. I never know what direction something will take. I love the way this turned out. I started out by adding different size foil tape, then I soldered, aged, then sanded. I made a little charm just for this, I attached it with wire, but it can be removed
I made a wire nest. adding pink eggs, it really looks nice with the hint of lavender that is in the jar
I added Glimmer Mist to the tag then painted a nest with watercolor
If you dont want to put the nest on top...turn the bottle into a vase and lay the nest next to it. I'm putting this on Etsy...
OMGoodness!!! That is the cutest thing everrrrrrrr!

Wow! You're fast! This is adorable - that is why I want to drag out my paints, learn how to solder and do everything you inspire us to try! Darling!

ReplyDeleteI think I am going to need to ban myself from your blog or I may be tempted to hog up all your creations! This is one is darling. It got me to thinking how wonderful it would be to have a whole set of birds nest bottles in one of those spice racks filled with all kinds and colors of glitter! Can you imagine that? Love this!
