  1. Hi, Laurie -
You have been busy again, I see. And everything is so pretty - as always. I was in your town today to visit my DIL and grandsons. I allowed enough time to stop at Girlfriends Back Porch and I finally made it to The Cottage Gate. I just bought little things at each of them today. On my way back toward the freeway I stopped at The Cotton Patch, where I've wanted to visit ever since they were featured in a quilting magazine about two years ago. I met the owner and her shop is as gorgeous as it was in the magazine. It was an inspiration and I can't wait to go back again. I may take a class there once in awhile. Then, best of all - I passed your home on my way down Lockhaven!! And I thought and thought and thought about you and how glad I am that you are my blog friend! ~Adrienne~

Oh, BTW, I have the easel and the dry erase board right where I can see it whenever I walk in the front door! It brings a smile to my face everytime I see it! :)
