Tickled Pink Saturday

Thank you to Beverly of How Sweet the Sound for hosting Pink Saturday. I am going to start off
with my most favorite decoration...I painted these snowmen a few years ago...it is HUGE
Then there is this...my latest Goodwill purchase. I have wanted an old silver trophy for oh so long.

It was won for "Side Saddle" and its from 1928. I am just so excited...I braved the freezing temps to go out and gather some greens and berries
Then there is this!! My little snowman is in the Feb. issue of Create and Decorate.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone. I think we are going to be stuck. They say we're going to have freezing rain for the entire weekend. Yuck!

Please stay safe and do not go outside!! You don't have the best track recorded for sure footedness!!

  10. We don't need elaborate decorations or a big tree or numerous gifts under a tree. All any of us needs is to carry the spirit of Christmas in our hearts and to share it all year long with everyone we meet.

Thank you so much for sharing your blog with me today. Yes, I'm crazy about ♥PINK♥ but I'm also devoted to visiting some of the nicest blogs in cyberspace.

Hoping your weekend is filled with peace.

  11. Love the painting! and how funny, when I skimmed my magazine (too busy or too tired to do anything else right now) I saw that snowman and wondered if it was yours. Love your trophy and the greens. How fun that is!

  13. LOVE the trophy- they are so hard to find and yours is awesome. Your new blog design is fun, too. I've been reading you through Google Reader, so maybe it isn't really new, maybe I just haven't seen it before.
