Pretty to Grungy

I'm gearing up for DJ Pettits class. We can sign up Dec. 14. Its going to be a good one!!
Have you heard me say that Photoshop Elements is soooo fun!! When it is so cold outside, sitting
next to my little heater playing on the computer is a "good thing"
Did anyone come by and visit the blog I posted about putting my picture on my blog? I deleted it.lol. Dawn from the Feathered Nest came by and said that "yes, you need to put your picture on " So, I will, but I want to take DJ's class and Doctor it up a bit.lol. Give it an artistic flair. lol.
Oh! I'll pick a winner of my little plate tomorrow. It's not to late, just go to the post where you see the giveaway plate.

  1. That is very cool the way you were able to color wash or age the photo of the pomegranate. Sounds like Photo Shop is a lot of fun.

  3. Hi Laurie, Thank you so much for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. I just started it a little over a week ago, and I'm having alot of fun with it. And I love what you did with the photoshop pieces. I've always wanted to try photoshop, but it seems like it's a little confusing. Please stop by again. I'll blog regularly :)

  6. OK, Laurie, now cut it in half and show us the inside seeds all aged! The insides are truly pretty!! Did you know that the pomegranate is a fruit that has been pictured in art since way before BC!! Truly! It's one of my very favorite things to paint too!
