I gave it a coat of primer
Ta da!! It is painted with soft pinks and pearl. I highlighted the raised area. I put in vintage lace, a very vintage millinary rose, I added the glass glitter to the leaves. I copied a vintage card that I had and added the heart...topping the whole thing off with my little pink bird that I dyed to go with the rose. It's going on Ebay!
