Pink Saturday...and a small confession...and a winner

I went to Portland today...I tried to pass the store, but the SMELL. omg...soooo yummmmy...so I confess, I bought this"to-go". It did make it home without a bite (I did taste Staceys icing.lol) I took a photo...then devoured it. EGGNOG...with eggnog pudding in the center....SO GOOD!!!
I managed to whip this up last night. I hand cut the circles, then notched them, then pulled in little stiches, then added the center circle, then embossed some little tiny pins with pink embossing powder. Whew!!
I stiched the ribbon on around her neck to make it poofy.
Heres a set of Salt and Pepper that I painted

I just hit the backspace button and one of my pictures just dissappeared

Here is my latest Easel/ Christmas Tree Ornament
Happy Pink Saturday to all!!
Thank you Beverly for hosting this day!
Now for the winner of the candle holder...
Lady Janes Emporium
She's new to blogging, so if you have a chance, stop by and say Hi. I'm sure she would love hearing from you all...I sure do.
I'm so glad I came up with that question...I love hearing what everyone had to say about their home.
I had to laugh...I don't think that I have EVER gone a whole week without changing my banner, hopefully I'll get back to normal after this weekend.

Red White & Blue !!

Here is my latest primitive shoe. As you may have noticed, I like to try new things, so after I painted it red, I sanded it down...I loved the look, so I just left it, then lightly antiqued it. The ribbons were aged a bit. I added my colored glittered pins...red white and blue. This is going on to ETSY
I picked this up yesterday at our local goodwill..$5. Its ready for a re-do.
The other birdie I made for a maniquins shoulder. It is sitting on a nest of vintage netting surrounded by wonderful flowers, this velvet bow was part of the "nest" The picture below is the back side.

...and I was worried...

This is my latest little sugar bowl...
It was a lot of fun...I couldn't do it again... The primer reacted to the paint and crackle med. which made crackles before it was suppose to...anyway, it has a very unique crackle on it.

So, I was worried about going to Etsy. A few nice gals asked me to join their group (thats the badge below) so I did, and my birdies flew out of Etsy, wow! So now I'm breathing, swimming along nicely...and panicking! lol. I've got to get to work on some more. How much fun am I having!!! Oh yes, If you would like a chance at my dry erase board I will GIVE IT AWAY on Monday. Thank you everyone!

Red day II / Canvas

Here is my "RED" for the day...this is a set-up that I did for a watercolor painting.
I really like how this turned out. It was an old canvas that needed a make over. I smoothed texture medium on the edges. Soft Pinks, Robins Egg blue. I put a board behind the canvas to hold the wire that is holding on the little can. I looked and looked on the computer for just the right font, this is the one I decided to paint . This is an 8 X 10 canvas. This is going on Ebay
The winner of my chocolate charm is Becky.

Pinklisious

My sweet little birdie is sooo happy and she's telling her friend Cricket that she is soooo glad that she didn't have to go out into the public without her make up on!! Can you hear her chirping?! New blush will do that to a birdie!
I finished my newest creation. I added a hint of a pink vintage hanky, just because it was the perfect pink. On the pincushion is vintage buttons, a pearl blingy thingy, a sweet little butterfly, vintage flowers and pins that I glittered.

The sun was JUST right, can you see the little crackles, just the right amount.
I just added this to my EBAY
