Oh my dear blogging friends

I need your help...

I'm afraid we have a bit of a problem...
You all like my key chains...but...you're thinking...who wants a key chain...
You need to be think'n outside the "box" lol...This little "hang tag" (it is no longer called a
key chain) has so many purposes....
Are you seeing the possibilities now??...think of it as a "charm"

I would love to hear your" outside the box" ideas...
I will paint one for a giveaway
I'll pick a winner on Friday
(that will give me time to paint it.lol)
I'm selling them on Ebay starting out at 99cents
I know, some of you wont buy on Ebay...I'm working on some for Etsy

I think they would be cool as a charm for a necklace. Or, what about a luggage tag - personal info printed on the opposite side of the painting? Or cute little tags to hang on arts & crafts drawer pulls? Or as a charm to hang off a purse handle?

Hmmmm...I'm thinking necklace pendant, bracelet charm, shade pull,
add a tassel and put it on a drawer pull, ceiling fan pull, handbag embellishment, maybe a little do-dad added to the top of a spiral bound journal with a flower attached to the top too?

OOO La La earrings! ;-) Just kidding!

I think the luggage tag is a great idea because people are always looking for a way to distinguish their luggage from others when they pick them up from the baggage claim! I would like to see something that can be used for baby gifts! A charm for my rearview mirror. Hey do they make really tiny ones? because wouldnt they be cute for a shoe lace charm for kids or even moms? Then you would sell two at a time! Oh here is another one how about a charm for your lamp pull chain! I even have a closet that that would be great for! If you attach a small carabeaner clip to it that would be nice for clipping on purses or backpacks! I use one of those for my keys so I don't have to fish for them in my purse-I just clip them on my purse strap. I am "the idea lady"! Just give this girl something to figure out and I will go to work-LoL! What fun! Can't wait to see what else you do with your pretty charms!Thank you for stopping by and leaving a nice comment on my blog~ Hope you are having a wonderful Monday!~Smiles~Tam!

We have ceiling fans in EVERY room, plus one on the patio. I think these would make adorable fan pulls! And, yes, I am one of those who WILL buy on ebay, if I'm the winning bid!

Too cool!

Geez - I love them hanging from the jar of buttons! I also love the idea of a scissor fob - how cute!

I like to hang things from my lamps, drawer pulls, ceiling fan chains. The possibilities are endless.

Oh - what about dog and cat collar charms!!!!!!! You could really cater to the pet lovers! And I have a pair of doves that could use some sparkly on their big cage....

Laurie - you are amazing!!

They could possibly be a combination placecard/gift to take idea for holiday table settings, showers or parties - name on one side - picture of party theme or holiday on the other.

Love your spoon magnets, easels - all your creative ideas. LindaSonia

I'm thinking Zipper pull - like on a purse or coat?? It would all depend on how large and what design is on it.

OK-if I had one I would hang it from my purse or use one to tie on a bow for a gift or make an ornament for a tree. FUN Laurie!

These are adorable and I will have to keep them in mind. What about adding some beads and ribbons and hanging them like tassels from lamps or cabinet pulls?

Mary Ellen said...

Oh man, I thought I was going to be so original: luggage tag.....well put in me that line. I would use them as a gift tag too....just that little something extra.

Kathy Raker said...

My first thought was a necklace or a charm for the zipper on a purse.
They sure are cute. I love it on the jar of buttons.

Oh wow, makes me want to rush to Target and pick some up. They are really awesome!
Hm, I'm wondering if one could clip several together like a mini wall hanging or I could see using one as an embellishment on a scrapbook page. ooh, how about a booktag/bookmark. I haven't read all the comments so if I'm repeating, I'm sorry. Oh I wish I had time (and no ongoing projects on my plate) to get some and play. :-(

Your designs are charming indeed! I like the idea of using them as a luggage tag or pet ID tag. Would be great on a diaper bag as well!! I can see one on my granddaughers diaper bag (she'll be arriving in about 4 weeks!). I can also see them used as gift tags on jars used as wedding favors. I'm a wedding planner and always looking for unique, usable wedding favors. They could say "How Sweet of You To Join Us" and have a sweet treat inside the jar. I'm brand new to blogging and would love to have you visit me. I will visit you again for sure. Elizabeth
