On to some sketches. I'm one of those people, if I dont know how to do something, I keep trying and trying...faces and bodies, hardest thing for me. I am not good at just making up someoneYesterday afternoon, I was doing my laundry (we have a community laundry room) and someone left some Marie Claire magazines...I dont buy fashion magazines, so I was thrilled. Just for the record...I didn't trace any of these (maybe I should have.lol)
As I flipped through the pages, I was inspired to give a shot...I wont tell you what cellebraties
are sketched, because the picture doesnt do them justus. I was looking for faces with contrast of lights and darks. I am having so much fun, so glad I was the one to find these magazines
It was fun to try different angles
I think the one below is the best...want to know who she is???
I still have a LONG way to go, but if I keep practicing...

Very nice! Faces are hard to draw. I took a class a while back and learn how to divide the face into sections....but since I haven't practiced, I've forgotten most of it! Drawing does take practice and good for you for doing it!
I **LOVE** them - especially the first with the hat and the billowing skirt..wonderful!
Like the shot of the sunset and the face sketches are great!
Your face sketches are lovely. Looks like your practicing is starting to pay off.
