I'm getting my supplies together for Misty Mawns class. She gave us a prompt, to write a poem, using this prompt...I come from....wow, its amazing how so many of us bloggers have similiar backgrounds, not always from a happy place, but we have all come together for art. Hi Laurie, I'm so glad you like Southern Calif! It really is pretty on a clear sunny day! Especially the mountains. So you went to the Rose Parade - it's a tradition with us, even tho we are now in Oregon - we watch the parade every year, never miss it! We used to help decorate the floats when we lived there. Lots of fun! Have a happy new year!
