SNOW! +ICE! = CRAFT DAY!!!

We got a good amount of snow yesterday...Then it warmed up, rained a bit, then froze. So all of our snow has a layer of ice covering it.
Oregonians don't know what to do with snow
I was asked about my little guy. I made and designed this sweet thing. My hope was to get some made to sell this year...it didn't happen.lol
But, this is what happens when...cant get out of the house, husband has a rented movie, daughter is out of town, a little Christmas movie on the TV and a beautiful bunch of spoons. Oh and yes, the glitter...sprinkled like snow!!

Thank you for stopping by my blog! I see you do love red! Your spoon designs are so sweet and I see you have a shop on Etsy, I must visit. I have a whole bag of silver spoons, forks and knives. When I was creating my shabby chic furniture a while back, I used the silver as the handles. New ideas keep coming up for these lovely vintage wares. Many, many, many years ago, a male friend of mine had started the windchimes made from these items. I had seen in the news about your snow....I was laughing watching people slipping and sliding and falling trying to walk. I laughed because I grew up in Michigan, and that was the way of life all winter. It is the only time you see adults falling down and not getting hurt....I find it comical! Hope you didn't fall though LOL

Hello from your frozen neighbor slightly to the north of you. We're housebound today, too, because of so much snow that is topped with ice. This is crazy weather, isn't it? Rain will be a welcome sight when it warms up. You won't hear this Oregonian complain about the rain. Have fun today - stay warm and safe. ~Adrienne~

We got about 8 inches on Friday and more is falling as we speak. Guess it will be a white Christmas!

Brrrrrr, that snow looks as cold as it is here! We're supposed to be in the single digits tonight, way to cold for the south, brrrrrrr.

I love when you're snowed in Laurie, you make beautiful things Ü
I adore the little spoon with the white rose in it, gorgeous!

If I remember right, I used Mod Podge to glue the paper on the hanger, that's what I normally use. I didn't do any sanding.

Merry Christmas to you!
