What a day.

I thought about not blogging tonight, I know I need to pick my winner so I can get it mailed out...but I just couldn't do it tonight. I had a rough day. I had a previous tenant give me a call, I could hear the anger in his voice, so I interrupted him and told him to call the main office and who to speak to and I hung up on him. He called back a few minutes later, and left a message...ooooh the language he used, the lies he told and ended up saying he was going to hire a lawyer....It upsets me soooo much and makes me scared to answer the door. I am really glad my husband is around. He didn't like the bill he received. And....he wasn't even the one renting here, it was his girlfriend!
I'll be better tomorrow!

I'm sorry you had such a rough day. That would scare me, too, and I'm glad your hubby was around so you weren't there alone. It doesn't make sense that he's complaining instead of the girlfriend. Crazy world out there! Take care - get some rest and tomorrow will be a new day.

Gosh some people are so rude aren't they. We have people phone up like that about their phone accts and use such colourful language and call us all of the most pleasant names (NOT) and I must admit I have great pleasure saying, "I'm sorry for legal reasons I am unable to discuss this account with you as you are not the account holder." It doesn't stop them swearing and cursing but it does allow me 2mins of pleasure sadly enough.
Hope things settle for you, have a good snuggly sleep and think "happy" thoughts.

Oh, Laurie!
Isn't it TERRIBLE when people use intimidation to try to get their way!!!
Sending some GIANT HUGS your way, sweetie!

Don't you let that guy get you down....That makes him the winner. Let him carry his nasty rudness all by himself. Too many people think if they bully someone they will get what they want. I choose to ignore them and let them have their little fits all for themselves! Praying a peaceful day for you today!

I have it down to a system, I tell the staff, today is D day..... d is for D__k Day, when all the male customers are D's!!!
The part that gets me is that he didn't rent the place, his girlfriend did!!! Yeesh!
Hugs to make you feel better!!!

I read this post and I can almost feel the emotion you felt. Words can just do me in, and hurt so deeply. I can't imagine how painful that incident was for you. For me, it can knock the wind right out of my sails. So thankful that today was better for you.
