A Little Giveaway / Hand painted Snowmen

The first one is this little snowman holding a heart. It is painted with watercolors. It doesn't have a magnet on it...yet (I ran out) so If you would like a magnet put on...I'll be happy to do that for you...
The second giveaway is this spoon...I made it to be an ornament...it has a bit of a problem standing up. The bow is a piece of vintage velvet ribbon.
I will pick a winner on Sunday.

Here is my question...

what is going to be your New Years Resolution?
****************
The snow is off the main streets and freeways...but our driveway is still a sheet of ice...
wearing tennis shoes is like putting on ice skates!
We went and saw 4 Christmases
Really a cute movie!

I'm looking for better time management skills. I've added two wonderful shows where I can sell my creations next summer and I HAVE to make good use of my winter. ...and I don't think that my snow is leaving for a long time - so let's just say I'm snowed in & I'm going to work, work, work....

I plan to begin creating again in 2009 and live one day at a time with love and joy. Your creations are precious.

Yeah a shot at one of your beautiful spoons and a snowman magnet!!!

My New Years Resolution is to get my life back to normal! I've not felt quite like myself for some time now due to some changes that I made in my life, and it's time to let that all go, and get back to ME! It's all about Me! I now know with a solid "for sure" that I can't change anyone around me, they are who they are!

What's a resolution?

Laurie,

The same resolution I make every morning when I get up: stay away from the cookies!

In other words, eat more veggies, less carbos and fats.

Heh heh heh, I love comments too- but since my readers are mostly teachers, and many of us are still on winter break, blogging has slowed down a bit. Just means I have time to catch up on visiting all of MY favorites, like yours! :)

The giveaways are cute- snowmen, just right for January (though all of our snow melted today with 64 degree weather- go figure, we're supposed to get more snow tomorrow night!), but I'm LOVING the Valentine and spring goodies you've put on your blog banner. I love winter and Christmas, but there's something equally joyous and refreshing that happens after the new year.

Resolution? I need to track down and commit to a master's degree program. I also need to prep for Dear Husband's next deployment- not fun, but good preparation is essential! I'm sure I'll think of others as these last days of December go by...

I'm going to try to "de-clutter" my house a bit!! This will be very hard for me (packrat) to do!!!

I want to see that movie ~ I've heard such cute things about it!

My resolution is to start walking again. I've been so lazy lately. Sitting here for hours when I should be doing something. I'd love to win one of your pretty creations!! Maybe you should pick me and then make me promise that I have to give it back if I break my resolution! LOL

Better control over my household. I was a SAHM for 15 yrs and went to back to work outside the home 8 years ago & while we've done a decent job, I've become less happy with the household over the last couple of years and I don't think anyone else is crazy about it either. I need to paint some walls, paint some furniture and get my HOME back.

I'm afraid to admit it, because then I will have to do it. I want to eat better and lose weight.

There, I said it. Now I need to hurry and post this comment.

Love all your spoons!

Come up with a time management system that works for me. I have tried so many and haven't found one yet that helps. Get my things organized so I can find something that I need, when I need it! LOL
